Important Information

The 2025 Sydney Masters Hockey Association (SMHA) Registration and Player Accident / Injury Insurance (12 months) is only applicable and available to players who play Sydney MID-WEEK Masters hockey ONLY – ie within the competitions and any other fixtures / events that are organised by Sydney Masters Hockey Association.

In 2025, the total Registration and Insurance fee is $82.50 (includes gst).

Following successful application and payment you will be immediately covered by the SMHA Insurance Policy.

Also you will receive an email confirmation (make sure that you check your JUNK / SPAM folder in case the e-mail goes there) after payment has been made that also details - Your Application ID Number, Your SMHA Receipt Number and the Payment made amount plus gst amount.

This insurance cover is NOT AVAILABLE to players who in 2025 will play club hockey OR participate in NSW Men’s Masters Hockey State Championships.

Any players who play club hockey OR who will participate in 2025 NSW Men’s Masters Hockey State Championships (or any representative Hockey) SHOULD REGISTER with their OWN CLUB to receive the Hockey Australia player accident / injury insurance.
